Responsibilities

• Support Airline Account Managers on report preparation and complaint handling administration
• Handle customer feedback from all channels, co-ordinate with respective parties for improvement and ensure timely response to customers
• Manage Customer Feedback System, input data, produce reports and analysis
• Support marketing services activities for instance marketing & customer service survey, customer tours, corporate events, public relations activities, newsletters, etc.
• Ensure the information of company website is up-to-date
• Foster and maintain relationships with a diverse range of external customers and internal departments
• Support the operation of airline lounges
• Provide service support to ad-hoc projects or additional tasks assigned by superior or Airline Account Managers from time to time
• Provide back-up support, clerical and administration support to Customer Services Department

Requirements

• Degree holder in Office / Business Administration or related discipline
• 2 years working experience and preferably in customer services field
• Candidate with food knowledge / science background would be an advantage
• Patient, polite and with customer service mindset
• Attentive to details and willing to take additional assignments
• Able to work independently
• Good problem solving skills, analyzing skills, interpersonal and administration skills
• Excellence in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge in Photoshop and Dreamweaver is a plus
• Knowledge in Access & Oracle will be an asset
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is required
