We are looking for a bright, capable person to work in our Leisure Reservations department where you will be the bridge between our clients overseas and our suppliers in Hong Kong. You will be required to handle all communication related to bookings, quotations, requests and confirmations prior to the customers arrival and to manage delivery of the above services to the customer during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with booking all pre-contracted ground services requested by the customer

- Liaise and coordinate with 3rd parties and handle customer inquiries

- Respond and process quotations, reservations and booking requests efficiently and professionally

- Ensure accurate record keeping for billing and operations accuracy

- Run fortnightly transfer reports and liaise with suppliers to ensure all requirements are confirmed and booked

-  Prepare Welcome and Arrival packs for clients on a fortnightly basis

- Ensure accuracy of services in line with company standards and policies 

Required Qualifications:

- A minimum of 1 years work experience preferably within the inbound tourism industry

- Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory

- Ability to work independently and without supervision

- Experience of living and/or studying abroad beneficial 

- Proficient in MS Office

- Recent graduates will be considered

- Cantonese speaking mandatory
