Responsibilities:

• Lead the team to ensure all projects are managed in strict accordance with the approved program schedule, cost & budget, quality standard as well as compliance with all local requirements
• Manage and liaise with exhibits, contractors and relevant authorities to ensure new store openings
• Coordinates with the team in the matters of menu set-up, production quality, risk control and factory management
• Identifies market trend and opportunities to make sure the operations remain competitive and cutting edge
• Set up SOP for the store operations and the report systems
• Achieves company goals, budgets and implementation of objectives
• Aggressively promote company’s products to the customers
• Maintains oversight of inventory and warehousing
• Boost sales revenue by providing strong leadership to the team to execute operation
• Handle customers enquiries and complaints in professional manner
• Demonstrate effective interpersonal, communication, coaching and delegation skills
• Develop and maintain good relationship with customers by providing excellent service
• Management are met with financing, timing and quality standard 

Requirements: 

• Degree in Hospitality, Restaurant, Operations or Business Management
• At least 8 years work experience in F&B operations
• Work experience in restaurant new opening is must
• Good business sense with strong passion in F&B industry
• Good spoken and written in English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Strong leadership, problem solving and communication skills
