Job Duties

Supervising day-to-day operations of the coffee shop, lounge and room service. Direct all frontline operational activities of all food & beverage services ensuring that quality products and services are delivered and served to guests. Assist in overseeing the running of all food and beverage outlets to achieve customer service and sales revenue goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 8-10 years’ substantial working experience in hotels or 5-star restaurants
• With good knowledge of international cuisines & strong hotel business acumen
• Excellent interpersonal and service skills
• A team leader as well as a team player
• With the passion in enhancing total experience of guests
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Fluent in both spoken English and Mandarin
