Job Description
Responsibilities
- Taking care of guests’ belongings upon arrival and departure;
- Show guests to Reception Desk upon arrival and escort guests to their rooms;
- Maintain good customer care and provide information to guests’ enquiries.
Qualifications
- Certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Studies
- Able to communicate in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Polite and service-oriented
- Welcome fresh graduate student to apply
