Duties

•  

  To provide clerical support to the support team to ensure the smooth operation of the department
• To assist in travel group coordination;
• To assist in the B to B and B to C service;
• To handle incoming telephone calls;
• To assist in cashier job and customer payments activities, by different means e.g.: cheque, credit card, online payment and mail order;
• To perform ad hoc tasks assigned.

Requirement:

• Diploma or above in Travel & Tourism Studies
• Minimum 1 year relevant in travel industry;
• Familiar with MS Office application, e.g. MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint
• Speaking in English is a must, other languages such as Mandarin or Japanese would be advantageous;
• Good communication and interpersonal skill with a pleasant personality;
• Strong customer service mentality, proactive and willing to learn attitude;
• Reliable and good team player;
