Captain:

Responsibilities:

• To deliver the right experience to the customers
• Keep the shop clean and maintain smooth operation
• Introduce our art pieces (Our products) to the customers

Server:

Responsibilities:

• Servicing food and drinks to customers
• Ensure all materials, equipment and machinery are properly used and regularly cleaned
• To participate in daily work schedule, such as setting table, refilling condiment and etc.

Host / Hostess:

Responsibilities: 

• Handle all reservations / enquiries for our restaurants
• As the guest relation ambassador

Bartender:

Responsibilities: 

• General duties of bartender / beverage counter
• Preparing food and drink
• Serving customers

 Chef de Partie / Cook:

Responsibilities: 

• Preparing and making of all products
• Maintain smooth operation in the Hot Kitchen
• Ensure the quality standards and procedures are in line with Company rules and regulations
• Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene

Sommelier:

Responsibilities:

• Promote,describe,and upsell the beverage menu
• Assist guest during the dining period with wine recommendations and selection for perfect pairing with their lunch/dinner.
• Have complete understanding of wine list and beverage items and food menus at all times
• Managing inventory of wine
• Develop a training programme of all team members to improve their knowledge of wine tasting and wine service

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-6 years of related experience in the Food and Beverage industry preferably;
• Must be well-versed in restaurant hygiene;
• Team player, work hard, good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Positive attitude, cheerful, pleasant and outgoing personality;
• Good command of spoken English and Cantonese
