Requirements:

• Certificate holder in hotel management or equivalent.
• At least 3 years’ housekeeping experience at a similar level preferably in hotel/club industry.
• Preference will be given to those with public area cleaning experience.
• Well organized and detail-minded.
• An ability to resolve conflicts, motivate, train and manage people.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, like Word and Excel.
• Good spoken and written English.

Main responsibilities:

• Train and monitor a team of cleaners to ensure the cleanliness of the all public areas.

• Responsible for the planning and allocation of resources for maintaining a neat, tidy and cleaning environment.
• Review the cleaning policy and procedure.
• Coordinate with vendors and operation team for deep cleaning schedule and monitor the standard.
• Prepare duty roster for the team.
