- Provide excellent floor service and interact with guests in a warm and friendly manner
- To learn the menu and retain a good knowledge of it
- Manage guest needs and enhance guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Good command of spoken English and Chinese
- Willing to learn and passionate about service
- Good team player and ability to work under pressure
- Eligible to work in Hong Kong
