Job duties:

• Supervise the team members in Reservations Department to ensure smooth daily operation
• Place guest room reservations according to hotel standards to optimize sales revenue, maximizing room revenue and average rate through tele and online communication
• Manage all incoming enquires and provide response within required timeframe

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years related working experience
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and telephone skills
• Good command of spoken and written English as well as Mandarin
