Job duties:

• Provide 5-Star customer service to clients and visitors
• Perform reception and customer service duties including looking after customers, managing the reception area and treatment rooms, scheduling appointments, answering phone and email enquiries, and handling payments
• Provide the clinic’s service information to customers
• Assist in customers follow-up
• Provide clerical support and assist in ad-hoc projects

The Ideal Candidate:

• Form 7 or above or equivalent.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Cantonese. Mandarin is an advantage.
• Strong customer service minded. Good telephone manner. Excellent interpersonal communication skill and be able to work under pressure.
• Pleasant, cheerful, presentable, confident, self-motivated, organized, independent and a good team player.
• Minimum 3 years related work experience. Background/experience in hospitality and providing face-to-face customer service in an international environment an advantage. 
• Proficiency in MS Office, Internet and computer operation.
• Interested in health and beauty.
• Able to work overtime occasionally.
