We are looking for a Senior Reservation Executive to work in our reservations team where you will be the bridge between our clients overseas and our suppliers in Hong Kong.  You will be required to knowledgeably and professionally manage and handle all communication related to the quotation and booking process, creatively put together tailor made proposals and work within a busy environment handling key accounts. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Booking all pre-contracted ground services requested by the customer

- Liaise and coordinate with hotels, tour operators, transport suppliers and assist the customer when in Hong Kong as necessary

- Respond and process quotations, reservations and booking requests efficiently and professionally

- Ensure accurate record keeping for billing and operations accuracy

- Ensure accuracy of services in line with company standards and policies 

- Hold the emergency /after hours phone on a rotation basis 

Required Qualifications:

- A minimum of 2 years work experience preferable within the inbound travel trade

- Ability to manage multiple accounts for sales and operational tasks

- Excellent written and spoken English is required

- Ability to work independently and without supervision

- Experience of living and/or studying abroad beneficial 

- Proficient in MS Office

- Ability to speak Cantonese 

Candidates with less experience will be considered for a Reservations Executive Role.
