Job Descriptions:

• Provide hardware and software installation, system support to users of local and overseas offices
• Resolve end users problems and provide support for software applications, email access, internet access and PC hardware, etc
• Maintain hardware and software asset management
• Be comfortable working without constant supervision and be capable of identifying and prioritizing tasks
• Maintaining client relationships
• Look after the IT function of the Group including workstation setup, computer equipment installation and relocation, implementation of office network, network security and maintenance, trouble shooting, etc
• Administrate systems accounts and perform backups
• Ensure network & systems security is maintained at all times
• Work closely with system vendors to manage all stages of the business workflow development process

Requirements:

• University graduate in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 2-3 years demonstrated experience in system support/network infrastructure deployment
• Familiar with network infrastructure and network device support
• Literate in MS O/S. Office, administration in Windows server, internet application, TCP/IP, and LAN/WAN administration.
• Customer service focused
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English, Mandarin will be an added advantage
• Mature, professional in attitude, result driven and good business acumen
• Excellent interpersonal, self-initiative, enthusiastic and team player
• Someone feels comfortable to work in a small to mid-size office independently
• Microsoft certification is an advantage
• Willing to learn new technologies and skills
