Job Duty:

• Manage daily operations of the restaurant;
• Formulate, execute and review operating procedures and standards for the restaurant;
• Ensure service and food quality are up to customer satisfaction and meeting required standards consistently;
• Work closely with Executive Chef on menu planning and marketing team for promotion programs;
• Handle customers’ comments/ complaints and take timely improvement actions;
• Responsible for manpower matters including staff roster, recruitment, training and performance reviews;
• Ensure profitability of the restaurant in accordance with budget plan with focus on maximizing revenue and implementing appropriate cost/ inventory control;
• Responsible for all matters of safety, hygiene and security pertaining to the operations of the restaurant;
• Prepare various analysis reports on sales performance and forecast for management review;
• Assist in other duties or ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in similar capacity in high end international dining restaurants,
• In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, and knowledge of bar management will be a plus;
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and direct a team to exceed sales targets;
• Service-oriented with strong initiatives to build customer relationship;
• Innovative and strong sense of market trends;
• Self-motivated, independent and multitasking;
• Good command of written and spoken English with computer knowledge is a must.
