They are currently seeking for an Event Officer – Coordinator mainly responsible for organizing both internal and corporate events. The client is looking for an event planner with strong catering and event planning experience from hospitality experience who wants to join an in-house working environment

Responsibilities:

• Act as a tour guide to clients doing office tour and maintain up-to-date corporate information and image presentation
• Support full spectrum of event planning for the organization
• Host all corporate and internal gatherings for senior management and staffs
• Assist in special events (e.g. annual dinner, company themed party)
• Develop and implement office administration policies and procedures
• Support the ad-hoc assignments

 Requirements:

• University degree in event management or hospitality disciplines
• At least 5 years relevant working experience in catering and event management, hotel experience will be highly advantage
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
• Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Willing to work overtime and occasional travel is required

 Salary HKD 20,000 – 28,000
