Responsibilities: 

• Manage the daily system operations, technical support, IT security and IT auditing.
• Assist with the installation and support of equipment, servers and user computers. 
• Daily support and maintenance of both network system and hardware.
• Evaluates current procedures and practices for accomplishing department objectives to develop  and implement improved procedures and practices.
• Any other IT related tasks and services assigned by superiors. These tasks and services may be provided in non-standard hours and in overseas locations; and on call standby during non-office hours, as required by the nature of the job.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Sciences or IT related disciplines.
• At least 3 years network technical support experience.
• Perform regular system and network health check, system performance tuning , capacity planning,hardware upgrade and recovery drills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, hardworking, customer-oriented, and a team player with good trouble- shooting and communication skills.
• Willing to work in non-standard hours and in overseas locations; and to work on call standby duringnon-office hours as required by the nature of the job.
• A Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese is required. Mandarin is a major plus.
• Excellent PC skills including MS office and Chinese Word Processing;
• Occasional traveling required
