You will be part of the Engineering team and will help deliver and support quality products to our customers and drivers. GoGoVan engineering team is rapidly growing to cope with business expansion across the region in countries like Taiwan, Singapore, Vietnam and Korea. We are a cross-functional and highly agile team, working on everything from developing APP features to innovating to serve the community.

The Opportunity:

As our frontend technical lead, you will lead a team iOS, Android and Web engineers to enhance our product and developer expertise. This will be a great chance to show off your expertise defining the UI/UX strategy for the product, define and implement design process, including design estimation and workflows by working closely with the Product and Backend team to deliver a smooth and attractive user experience. As a Frontend Software Engineering Manager, you will implement software engineering practices and finally, you love to mentor junior members and keen on helping the team move forward efficiently.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven hands-on experience in B2C, shipped/launched apps or logistics software development
• Some experience in managing a team
• Frontend development experience for Android and iOS is a must
• Proven experience in weighing and prioritizing tasks and validated ability to deliver on time
