- Handle Drivers enquiries, complaints and other operational issues
- Maintain and update the system database
- Support in organizing the driver activities and events to ensure a smooth process
- Plan for scheme and campaign to maintain good relationship with related parties
- Analyse data and generate relevant report on regular basis to ensure work efficiently and quality
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job requirements:
- Diploma or above
- 1-2 years relevant working experience
- Good communication skill with good command over written and spoken English
- Basic IT skills and able to manage and organize amounts of data
- Excellent organizaton, planning and communication skills
- Proficient in Chinese and English typing
- Able to use Microsoft Office, Computer Software with basic computer knowledge
- Hard-working, Careful, Active, Responsible, Enable to work under pressure and fast-paced work environment
