The client is a respected global financial group, is now seeking a System Administrator / Infrastructure Specialist – (Citrix VDI & Windows) – FSI (HKD30k – 40k) to join their growing team in Asia Pacific.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver the Citrix infrastructure technology and services to all Business Units by utilizing the RDC
• Provide support to critical VDI environment and daily operations
• Analyses new requirements and verify the technical feasibility within the existing environment
• Define process for Citrix operations and handover the tested environment to operation team
• Responsible for the disaster recovery and failover facilities for Citrix VDI
• Provide support to the business continuity management for all of the Information Services
• Provide support to the IT projects, e.g. Test/Dev environment setup in DR site, Citrix version upgrade, MyCom and Window server 2016/Window 10 upgrade, etc.
• Provide 3rd level support of client services, being the customer interface for incident and problem management

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• 5 years of relevant experience in VDI environment support
• Sound knowledge in Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 and Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop 6.x/7.x
• Sound knowledge in Microsoft Active Directory
• Familiar with networking infrastructures, including LAN and WAN
• Experience on Power Script and HTML Fundamentals
• Experience in Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Management
• Information security experience at both application and infrastructure levels
