Responsibilities
- Provision on Technical Support Services for IT Equipment
- Troubleshoot PC hardware and software as well as Networking
- Handle user inquiries
- Travel for different work locations within Hong Kong
Requirement
- Secondary school/Diploma graduated
- 1 year related working experience
- Self-motivated with good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge in Windows, networking and PC troubleshooting
- Immediate available is preferable
- HK permanent resident is required
