Job Duties:

• Be responsible for requirement study, analysis, design, implementation and support of the web-based system
• Give general direction, constructs, tests and implements solutions to the team that meets company’s needs and expectations
• Involve in the end-to-end of a full life cycle of a development with proper documentations for large scale development and minor enhancements
• Support and respond to problems with the application efficiently and effectively with a solution and takes initiatives to recommend possible system enhancements or improvements where appropriate.
• Developing and fostering positive working relationships with external vendors and partners
• Promote excellent user experience, system performance and innovative thinking

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in IT or equivalent
• 6+ years of application development experience
• 3+ years of experience to lead, coach, develop and mentor individuals in a team environment
• Knowledge in Java, J2EE, IBM WebSphere application server
• Strong relationship building skills and the ability to relate at all levels within the business
• Strong organizational, communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Chinese mandarin preferred
• HK permanent resident is required
