Responsibilities:

• To grow the assigned key accounts and develop new prospects for expanding market share
• Perform sales strategy planning to increase account penetration, customer satisfaction and revenue growth
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction with our technical team and channel partners

Requirements:

• Diploma / certificate holder with Computer Science / IT / Marketing / Business Management or related discipline
• At least 1 year or above solid sales & account management experience in serving SMB to Enterprise clients regarding Networking / IT / Engineering related products and solutions is definite advantage
• Proactive, Customer-oriented, Self-motivated and Good Interpersonal Skill
• Aggressively exploring up selling opportunities for more solutions to be adopted by customers
• Strong sales instincts with strategic consultative skill and committed towards sales achievement
• Proficient PC knowledge including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with more experience will also be welcomed and considered as Senior Account Manager
