Job Description
Job Summary:
- Installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and support of Windows Operating System
- Monitors and responds to hardware and software problems, including third-party applications, utilizing a variety of hardware and software testing tools and techniques
- Answers user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems
- Installs and configures network hardware and software
Skills/Knowledge:
- Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology / Computer Science or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT helpdesk, server, and infrastructure support
- Familiar with Windows 2010 / 2013 / 2016 Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Solid understanding of Windows 7 / 8 / 10 & network support such as Router, Switch and Firewall
- Knowledge on Data Backup and Solution
- Frequently travel among different offices is required
- Good communication skills in Cantonese, basic communication in English, Mandarin
- HK Permanent resident is required
