Job Description
Our company is seeking for IT professionals to provide IT support services to our customers via our service hotline.
Responsibilities
- Handle phone-in and email support enquiries in using our services
- Troubleshooting on user usage, network, and system issues
Job Requirements
- Form 5 / DSE graduates with 1 year relevant working experience
- Knowledge of common Internet Services such as Email, Web and FTP
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command in written English and Chinese.
- Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a must
- Experience in helpdesk support is an advantage
- Service-oriented and hard-working
- Good team spirit
- Good problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
