Job Description

Our company is seeking for IT professionals to provide IT support services to our customers via our service hotline.

Responsibilities

Handle phone-in and email support enquiries in using our services
Troubleshooting on user usage, network, and system issues

Job Requirements

Form 5 / DSE graduates with 1 year relevant working experience
Knowledge of common Internet Services such as Email, Web and FTP
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command in written English and Chinese.
Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a must
Experience in helpdesk support is an advantage
Service-oriented and hard-working
Good team spirit
Good problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and under pressure
