Responsibility

-          Provide and perform system and network support on a daily basis to users in HK head office and shops

-          Responsible for Server and Database administration and monitoring

-          Provide customized reports and programs upon user’s requirement

-          Assist in project management and system development

-          Provide software and hardware maintenance and technical support when necessary

-          Provide training for POS end users in shops

-          Manage stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies

-          Set up computers and software system installation

Requirement

-          Diploma or degree holder in Computer science or related discipline

-          Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, experience in POS system and retail industry will be an advantage

-          Good knowledge in PC/Server hardwares, Microsoft applications, LAN, VPN, etc

-          Knowledge in Mac OS will be an advantage

-          Knowledge in database application such as Sybase, SQL server and MS-Access

-          Experience in VBA Macro programming, Microsoft based language, Web programming, Reporting tools, SQL statement.

-          Good analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills

-          Able to work under pressure and independent

-          Immediate available is highly preferred.
