Job Description
This is a key position in managing the development and implementation of the roadmap for the brand’s digital presence, while managing daily web and mobile e-commerce site operations. As the primary point of contact for both internal and external parties, this position will work closely with the E-commerce teams of the hotels according to the team strategy, vision and business goals.
As the E-commerce product owner, the Assistant Manager, E-Commerce, Platform works closely with the internal departments and external agencies on platform related maintenance and development projects; develop detailed requirements and user stories to create new product specifications and site updates; follow through the development and implementation process. This person manages the hotel e-commerce website and as the primary administrator for the content management system (CMS), and ensures all website content and updates are complied with brand guidelines and CMS usage processes, leverage available functionality, and adhere to SEO best practices.
If you are a self-starter and able to work independently, holder of a bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in E-Commerce platform, good at project management, with outstanding communication skills, and you have experience in managing multiple external agencies, tell us about yourself.
