Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Technical Support to manage end user experience for security product support
• Build key relationships across organizational lines, develop and equip IT support resources, and drive maturation and continuous improvement of support processes to improve levels of service for customers
• Manage procedures to prioritize and resolve end user requests.  Coordinate resources to ensure critical support issues, including those outside of normal business hours, are resolved in a timely manner
• Maintain the company’s support request system
• Manage the life-cycle of employee accounts to ensure timely provisioning, validation, and termination of access
• Maintain IT asset inventory and software licensing compliance
• Ensure software is up to date and free of security vulnerabilities
• Ensure support processes and end user solutions are documented and available
• Perform other projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent
• Hands-on experience in security solutions such as Firewall, Anti-spam Gateway, IDS/IPS, DLP, etc. is preferable
• Experience on system / network solution support; and at least 3 years of experience or above in technical support team management
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Project management & team facilitation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple evolving priorities and projects.
