Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day activities timely and ensure the consistency of works, and response to ad-hoc issues
• Evaluate, implement, maintain and support the enterprise IT Infrastructure
• Provide technical solutions for business and infrastructure projects. Implement the setup, testing and rollout per schedule
• Maintain a stable and secure environment for the enterprise
• Follow IT Infrastructure policy/standard/baseline.
• Experience in LAN/WAN, Active Directory, VPN, VM and Wi-Fi will be an advantage
• Provide off-hours operational support for emergency maintenance and deployment events as request

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Computer Science or related disciplines
• 1-2 years' experience in the capacity of IT Infrastructure support with hands-on experience in providing user support on MS Windows, Office and other common office applications
• Holder of MCSE/CCNA or other professional qualification is preferred        
• Conversant with the latest IT technology and adaptable to the security requirements in Banking and Finance industry is preferred
• Self-initiative, good problem solving skill and be a good team player
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediately available is preferred.
