Responsibilities:

• Supervise a small team to undertake responsibility for evaluation, recommendation, and technical support of PC/desktop, Networking, IT services, server and cloud technology

• Provide IT support to users in relation to hardware, software, networking, voice/video communication
• Administrate company’s IT system, infrastructure and network.
• Liaise with vendors for maintenance service, IT purchase, and other IT services.
• Develop / maintain IT related procedures and policies and prepare operational reports.
• Participate in the planning and execution of IT disaster recovery drills.
• Provide support in business continuity planning, training and testing.
• Assist in IT infrastructure projects such as office move and computer room setup
• Coordinate with Head Office and Asia Pacific Offices on the implementation and enforcement of Corporate/Regional Technology Standards

• Manage and monitor of daily administration of LAN, Domain, Servers (operation and backup).
• Manage the integrity and security of the LAN, desktop and server infrastructure.

• Liaise with users for their requirements in employing IT technology and setting up of IT environment.
• Maintain the hardware or coordinating the maintenance of hardware with vendors.

• Responsible for IT asset administration

• Undertake responsibility for Business Protection, IT Risks assessments and mitigations under corporate framework.

Qualification / Experience / Skills:

• University graduate of IT related discipline with MCSE preferred
• Ten years of relevant experience with at least three year experience at the supervisory level
• Good knowledge on PC hardware, software, and networking
• Customer-oriented, proactive and initiative to solve IT problems
• Able to work under pressure and independent.
• Skills Required:

• Prior experience in the life insurance industry an advantage
• Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese and English. Mandarin is a plus.
