Job Description

Responsibilities:

To provide installation/configuration service to customers’ IT systems in various areas (including Storage & Backup, Wireless Management, Network Security, IAM and WANO solutions etc.)
To provide technical maintenance and troubleshooting support to our customers
To work in our office as well as at customers’ site

Requirements:

Diploma holder in Computer Engineering or related disciplines
Preferably with 2-3 years experience in technical field
Open-minded, hardworking, self-motivated with a positive attitude
Able to work under pressure and independently
Good knowledge in system solutions: Windows Desktop/Server (XP, Win7, Win8, Win10 and Server 2003, 2008, 2012, 2016), desktop applications (MS Office and Mail System), network infrastructure (Router, Switch, Access Point and NAS) and Storage & Backup Systems (HCI and SAN)
