Who we’re looking for:

• HKDSE Information & Communication Technology Level 5 with more than 1 year working experience or
• Fresh graduate with Diploma graduate or higher is also welcome
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Proficient in PC hardware/software, MS Windows operating system and OFFICE
• Knowledge on TCP/IP, Window configuration
• Knowledge in database and programming is an advantage
• Familiar with the field property agencies preferred
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance
• Excellent communication skills
• Working independently
• Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
• Team-focused
• Willing to work overtime (with OT pay)

 Duties:

• Responsible for training & support to the company’s own application software
• Field Service
• To be responsible for managing customer enquiries and complaints with an objective to assure customer satisfaction and safeguard Company image
• Analyzing customer feedback and identifying the root cause of each customer case
• Communicating and working with relevant departments on customer feedback to ensure that remedial action and future improvements are taken so as to strengthen the customer satisfaction level
