Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Perform inventory and asset registry maintenance on regular basis, procurement of IT Hardware
- Troubleshooting technical issues and escalate accordingly to corresponding teams when necessary
- Perform ad hoc tasks and duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Strong Laptop (PC & Mac), Printer, Network support knowledge
- Customer-oriented with good troubleshooting, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good Command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
