Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Commercialization - market analysis, competitive analysis, handle sales requests, explain product positioning internally and externally, analyse product pricing, define and support the AMH go to market, develop and maintain sales channels with local sales team
  • Global point of contact for the sales forces to explain product positioning, functionalities and pricing
  • Contribute to RFPs with product expertise
  • Global point of contact of Professional Services team to manage the integration framework which is used to develop bespoke solution to customer
  • Manage AMH 3rd party product relationship: develop the relationship with AMH 3rd party partners in line with other products in the Interface product portfolio, and translate this into contracts where needed. Explore new possibilities of partnership in line with market trends.
  • AMH strategy - in full collaboration with other SWIFT marketing groups and product manager colleagues, elaborate options for AMH evolution in line with SWIFT Strategy and other SWIFT messaging product and services. Collect and analyse market requirements. Identify and develop opportunities to evolve AMH with other SWIFT integration products to create synergies and economies of scale responsibility of AMH roadmap: prioritization of next roadmap items based on market demand, projected revenue, and effort estimated by IT
  • Customer requirements: collect and formalize customer requirements, to be shared with IT and serve as basis of new product development
  • Define, develop and/or validate improved/new product/ market concepts and/or business solutions based upon customer needs
  • Keep abreast with Integration & messaging trends in the industry and share information with other divisions/departments
  • Liaise with other divisions/departments of the company (Finance, commercial product management, IT, etc.) and industry associations and make presentations

 

 

Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 10 years of experience in Back office integration within the financial services domain is requested.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a commercial product management role, or in a role with exposure to customers – support, consultancy, pre-sales, sales
  • Experience in financial messaging, specifically in payment processing workflows
  • Excellent English, both written and spoken, is a mandatory pre-requisite. Other languages are an asset.
