Job Description
Qualifications:

2 years working experience in IT related field. Preferable in data center support.

Holder of MCP/CCNA certification is preferable.
Job Duties:

To maintain the 24 x 7 daily operation service in customer's site

Manage onsite daily data centre related work

Follow incident & problem management procedures

Be responsible for the execution of operation tasks according to the computer operation procedure manual
The working hours:
7x24 shift duty. 8.8 hours per day.
