Responsibilities

• Provide daily technical support and trouble-shooting of hardware and software;
• Assist to monitor & administer internal IT systems;
• Customize internal application as required;
• Assist to maintain the overall systems and network infrastructure;
• Assist in database design & administration, system implementation & support;
• To source vendors, renew contracts and licenses on computer infrastructure and equipment.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers for different IT related issues;
• Assist in IT related projects; 

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years relevant experience of providing in-house system support, hardware & software maintenance
• Basic know-how of Computer hardware, networking setup and configuration
• Familiar with Microsoft Server, Exchange Server, SQL, VoIP, Firewall, VPN and advanced IT/network skill is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and Adobe CC
• Good problem-solving skill, communication skill and sense of responsibility
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese with fluency in Mandarin
• Holder of MCSE/MCITP, CCNA is an advantage
