Job Description
The Job
The successful candidate will be responsible for system development, maintenance support and implementation of CRM implementation project for our clients. He/she will be involved in the following areas:
- Hands-on functional design and development on CRM System (Core function, workflow, and Report) and its integration with other interfaces
- Perform Unit test and SIT
- Support UAT and bug fixing
- Prepare Program specification (code reference)
- Professional Advisory in CRM System (Core function, workflow, and Report) and its integration with other interfaces
- Regression Test Cycle management and Rollout
- Documentation
The Person
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
- A minimum of 3-year experience in IT profession with a minimum of 1-year experience of CRM Developer / Analyst.
- Practical experience of any CRM Package(Configuration, Customization)
- Practical experience of the following skills:
- At least one of programming languages: Java / Javascript / php
- SQL (Oracle / MSSQL)
- Development / Testing Environment Setup
- Knowledge on following area is an added advantage
- Membership management
- Campaign management (Marketing Operation)
- Case Management
- Reporting Tools
- CTI Technology
- Different integration method
- Good verbal and written communication in English
- Good analytical, inter-personal, leadership and problem solving skills
- Positive attitude, fast-learning, energetic, able to perform in challenging environment
Candidates with more qualification and experience would be considered as Senior Consultant, with less experience would be considered as Solution Analyst
