Responsibilities:

• Oversee development and maintenance of computer networking and hardware, system server and database server
• Identify departmental needs and make suggestions regarding technical direction. Design and implement network security
• Maintain and keep the health state of internal system and test servers. To resolve the daily operational problems and questions of internal users
• Monitor, upgrade, and test the hardware and software. To provide advice, statistics and testing results of the various hardware equipment and software
• Liaise with external vendors for the hardware and software procurement
• General network, hardware and software maintenance and support for every internal department
• Maintain and keep track the daily smooth operation of internal system servers and email service
• Provide advice and research result for the hardware and software needs of different requirements arising from different departments       

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Communication Engineering or related field
• Certification in CCNA, CCNP or JNCIA would be anadded advantage
• At least 3 years of working experience in Network and Systems support
• Knowledge in Microsoft Server, database server, email server and desktop systems
• Knowledge in Linux Server and various operation commands
• Knowledge in different Networking components and equipment
• Familiar and/or experience in one or more Microsoft technology - Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365 and Mobility/Security Management
• Certification in Microsoft Windows Server 2016 and/or other Microsoft MCSA or MCSE
• Able to plan and organize systematically
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Good command in written and spoken Cantonese and English
