Responsibility:-

• Manage daily SAP support services to end-users for the entire group, ensure the systems are running smoothly on day-to-day operation;

• Identify and initiate Request-For-Change (RFC) projects, include defining project scope, goals, gather detail business requirements, deliverables and resources needed;

• Perform actual SAP configuration settings, ABAP programming, testing and implement over “3-tier system landscape”;

• Involve in EDI integration between applications and external EDI portal;

• Prepare all related documentation, e.g. RFC scope and estimation, design specification, configuration settings, user guide;

• Maintaining existing web sites and web applications when needed;

• Adhere to the support policy and procedures;

• Perform any tasks assigned by the Management from time to time, and must be accountability for their assigned tasks;

   

  Requirement:-

   

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent;

• Minimum 10 years relevant experience, of which 5 years in SAP ECC (OTC, PTP, MM, FI modules), familiar with project management, ERP implementation and support;

• Experience in SAP ECC, ABAP, Microsoft Windows and Apple OS platform is a must; Knowledge in ABAP programming, ALV, Smartforms, SAPScripts, Adobe Interactive, iDocs, BAPIs, Java, .NET will be an added advantage;

• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese both verbal and written levels, and good interpersonal skills;

• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and highly adaptable to change;

• Willing to travel overseas from time to time;
