Responsibilities:

Contract to a government department to perform the following:-

• Manage and supervise a pool of outsourced system analysts, analysts programmers and programmers for outsource application development projects;
• Manage and supervise a pool of outsourced system analysts, analysts programmers and programmers for maintenance of ISO 27001;
• Oversee the Cyber security; and
• Oversee ICT security for the compliance of OGCIO’s IT security policy and take lead on the Information Security Compliance Audit by OGCIO.

Requirements:

• Degree in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Applied Computing or Computing Studies;
• Minimum 10 years IT experience;
• Minimum 3 years experience as Project Manager or similar capacity;
• Minimum 6 years experience in IT project management in application development/network infrastructure; and
• Familiar with OGCIO guidelines on IT security and ISO standard(s) related to Information Technology.
