Job Summary

This position supports the overall IT infrastructure of the organization and assists on digital printing.

Major Duties

• Responsible for overall system installation, system administration and network security on Windows servers and Linux servers, on-premise and on-cloud 
• Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting (HK and China Office)
• Responsible for hardware and software installation, upgrades and maintenance
• Operate digital printing machine and maintenance
• Update and monitor company website and social media platforms
• Handle any duties/ ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Higher Diploma/Associate degree holder or above in Computer Science/Engineering or other related disciplines with minimum 2 years of IT experience in computer infrastructure
• Good in spoken & written English/Chinese
• Good interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills
• Responsible, independent & patient
• Good common sense and able to work under pressure with close supervision
• Occasional travel to China Office is requested
• Immediately available preferred
