Key responsibilities:

1. Perform business analysis and user requirement studies
2. Support business owners’ needs and translate them into recommendations for development/improvement of IT applications
3. Work closely with development team to ensure the quality and timely delivery of project tasks
4. Analyze root causes of incidents and propose the appropriate action plans
5. Prepare and maintain documentations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science or Business
2. Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Analyst
3. Able to work independently and under pressure
4. Strong command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
