Job Description
職責描述：
1、負責公司平台的核心功能開發及團隊管理工作，帶領團隊完成開發目標；
2、負責産品需求管理，參與産品方案設計、設計文檔評審、代碼評審等工作；
3、負責制定項目計劃，確保産品質量與開發進度；
4、參與重要項目的項目管理，搭建項目框架，並帶領技術攻堅小組進行核心技術攻關；
5、負責技術部門與相關協作部門以及第三方合作夥伴的溝通和協調。
任職要求：
1、計算機相關專業，本科或以上學曆，5年以上工作經驗；
2、具備紮實的Java語言基礎、精通Spring、Spring MVC、Spring Security等Spring相關技術，熟悉Struts2、Hibernate/MyBatis等開源框架；
3、熟悉JavaScript等主流框架，如jQuery，dojo，具備項目運用經驗，熟悉移動開發技術，包括Objective-C、Android、H5等；
4、具備至少一個互聯網系統的實際開發經驗；
5、有強烈的責任心，優秀的表達能力，溝通能力及領導能力，能帶領團隊分析和解決問題。
