Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide End-users support for software applications and computer hardware
- Install / maintain / troubleshoot servers and network equipments
- Manage and configure Network equipments such as Switch, Firewall, NAS etc.
- Deal with contractors / vendors on technical matters
- Maintain System documentations
- Maintain the inventory record on Hardware and Software
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Study or related discipline
- 3 years of relevant experience among which should have 1 year solid experience in IT support
- Knowledge of IT security, computer system and network
- Experience in Windows 2012 Server, Window 10, Linux, MS office applications, SQL, PHP and HTML
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and positive service attitude
- Able to work independently and have high problem solving skills
- Immediately available preferred
