The client is a respected global financial group, is now seeking a Regional Senior Manager - Information Security (IT Technology Risk & Compliance) [HKD60k - 75k] to join their growing team in Asia Pacific.

Responsibilities:

• Manages the APAC IT Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) team to ensure delivery of IT GRC value-add services in the region.
• Implements IT governance, metrics collection, and reporting capabilities 
• Perform various kinds of security & risk assessment, such as Cloud Security assessments, Themed Security reviews, Vendor assessments, etc.
• Act as the regional subject matter expert in Group and Regional IT security related policies and standards; advise APAC Business Information Security Officers (BISOs) and stakeholders in policy compliance
• Develop and maintain IT Security, Risk and Compliance frameworks, policies and standards for APAC region
• Provide advisory services on information security an data protection matters to senior management and other managers of IT and user departments – covering people, processes and systems
• Liaise with Global Information Security in the global Cyber Risk Reporting project

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or IT related discipline
• Relevant certification such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, PCI ISA, ISO27001 is preferable. 
• At least 8 years professional experience in Information Security, IT Risk & Compliance, IT Audit, and IT Security, etc.
• Big4 IT Risk Advisory experience is a plus
• Strong Risk Management & IT Security skill
• Able to communicate security related concepts to both technical and non-technical staff
• Fluent in English
• Other additional languages would be a plus
