The Senior Project Manager is the key leader in the team who will drive excellent project management and quality solution delivery with close collaboration with teams across Asian countries and customers. Responsibilities

• 15% Presales, 35% Project Management, 30% System Analysis / Solution Consulting, 10% Team Management, 10% Administrative
• Collaboration: External – Customer, Users, Partners and Product/solution Vendors ; Internal - Management team, Local and offshore project teams 
• Manage and lead the entire project life cycle (From presales to post-implementation)
• Ensure projects are completed to meet the defined scope, schedule, and cost with quality
• Continuously review and improve on project management process and standard
• Lead, coach and manage both local and offshore project teams in Asia
• As the solution consultant to present and propose digital marketing technology to customers.
• Communicating with our partners on sales and service delivery
• Make accurate judgement and decisions from solution/service sales and project management perspectives.
• 10% travel oversea for project delivery and presales support.
• Stationed in Hong Kong

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience of 7 years in a project oriented role. 
• PMP Certification a major plus. 
• Strong understanding of the lifecycle of technology projects. 
• Strong sense and understanding of business requirements.
• Experience in Content Management System, eCommerce Platform, Mobile App Development is a plus
• Experience in working as software/application analyst
• Experience in working with virtual team is preferred
• Experience in working at vendor side is preferred
• Ability to work on multiple tasks/projects concurrently, meet deadlines and work under pressure. 
• Ability to communicate effectively (both orally and written) with the team, senior management, stakeholders, and vendors. 
• Excellent facilitation skills. 
• Advanced critical thinking and problem solving skills. 
• Excellent interpersonal skills. 
• Excellent judgment and leadership skills. 
• Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Proficient in MS Project is a plus.
