Job Description

• Provide technical support to Sales department on PC and equipment operation 
• Monitor and maintain the IT System health status, server, network performance and security control 
• Coordinate with IT vendor to perform IT helpdesk support including PC setup, system and software installations, escalation, problem solving to all staff 
• Prepare and maintain system and operations documentations such as System Test plan, System Design Document, System Administration Manual 
• Network related: firewall, switch configurations, proxy configurations, VPN 
• Other ad-hoc project assigned by Manager

Required Experience

• Language: Cantonese/English/Japanese(not a must)
• Education Background: Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology or related disciplines
• Experience: 1-2 years experience in daily IT operation support
• Knowledge and experience in switches, routers, firewall for Cisco or related enterprise-grade network vendor 
• Knowledge and experience in Windows, server (MS/Oracle/IBM), Exchange/Outlook, etc., especially knowledge and experience in SQL Server will be an advantage 
• Good communication, documentation and problems solving skills 
• Willing to work over-time if required.
