Job Description:

• Responsible for supporting critical Windows Active Directory service system and assist in implementation of new IT infrastructure systems, support E-Mail system (Lotus Notes) and IT security application systems
• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs
• Creation and management of Active Directory user accounts and group polices by carry out user access and permissions administration
• Install, configure, and maintain Active Directory and third-party software utilities for hardware systems within company operational guidelines

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology / Computer Science or related disciplines with at least 4 years working experience in configuration and management
• Proficiency with Windows AD services, has relevant experience in System Backup Operation, Lotus Notes Mail Administration and technical support on Windows Server 2003 or above
• At least 3 years’ experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration
• Prefer has experience building out Active Directory; and supporting large Active Directory environments with many (thousands) of users
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
• HK Permanent resident is required
