The first product on our journey to become a fully digital banking platform will be a multi-currency travel card with an innovative e-wallet application. We want our customers to enjoy a borderless and uninterrupted travel experience.

We are an international team of seasoned professionals and entrepreneurs with offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, and across Southeast Asia. Being one of the first in the region, we are partnering with trusted consumer brands to launch our product in the coming months.

We look for entrepreneurial individuals to boost productivity of the engineering team and revamp or evaluate processes to effectively scale the engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Strategize on the technical vision, develop and grow the organization, define delivery roadmaps, oversee architectures

• Own & drive the end to end development effort for on-time, high-quality, highly scalable product offerings

• Partner with Product and Business teams to ensure completeness and common understanding of technical vision, roadmap & requirements

• Collaborating and aligning with architects and senior technologists on proper architecture and design

• Leading agile engineering teams to deliver end to end high quality technical solutions that meet and exceed product expectations

• Develop leaders, and provide guidance, mentorship and support to the engineering teams    

• Mentor and build world class, high performing engineering team

• Provide cultural, delivery and organizational leadership    

Requirements

• Over 5 years of solid development experience, with several of those spent in building scalable products in fast growing engineering organisation

• Experienced in building and managing high performing engineering teams, including hiring, talent development, manager and coaching
