Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-sales support to product/marketing team and channel partners for the potential business opportunities
• Perform value-added professional services (implementation, support, training, maintenance) when required

• Configure and install various Microsoft, Citrix, VMWare system and services
• Perform project assessment, implementation and deployment activities
• Develop technical configuration and deployment documentation
• Provide technical consultancy and training to customer’s staff
• Provide escalated support to the customer upon implementation
• Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution

Skills and Attributes Requirements

• Knowledge in Desktop and Server Virtualization solutions
• Operating Systems & Virtualization - MS Windows Server, Mac OS, Citrix, Microsoft Hyper-V or VMWare
• Project management experience is an added advantage
• Receptive to 24/7 standby services support
• A keen, positive attitude individual as well as effective team player
• Fast learner and ability to work under minimal supervision
• Willing to strengthen customer-facing, communication and presentation skills

Business Experience Requirements

• 1-3 years of work experience
• Pre-sales experience in selling virtualization solutions / infrastructure-related / systems / networking solutions has definite advantage

 Academic and Language Requirements

• University Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
• High Proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese
