Responsibilities:

• Liaise with operation to handle system Improvement for Procurement & Logistics requests
• Perform specifications requirement by working with users to identify system needs for the system requirements identified
• Perform procedures testing and system testing by joint testing with users and procedural documentation preparation
• Support Procurement operation on daily system issue and coordination with system providers
• Prepare KPI reports for management analysis purpose
• Prepare system cost report and assist Manager on system budget management
• Perform system training within Division and with business partners
• Support department activities such as audit, ISM and other improvement activity
• Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• 1 year relevant experience in Information System, e-Business or Procurement 
• Proficient in MS Office especially Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Good command of English and Putonghua; Japanese speaking is an advantage but not a must
• Well organized, strong analytical skills as well as a good team player
